The first generation of 4L60E transmissions use a one piece case and the adapter bolts to the transmission with 4 bolts.  The 2WD shafts are not useful for 4WD applications and need to be changed, all 4WD shafts are the same.
 

How to use with 203/205 doubler Drill/tap six bolt transfer case pattern into face of NP203, plug up stock holes and make a tab to hold down the idler shaft OR install shorter output shaft in 4L60E or use a spacer (we stock both) and then use a factory TH350/NP203 adapter.  An electric vehicle speed sensor needs to be added to the system, we can help with that HERE
How to use with Magnum underdrive system

Magnum box bolts up as is, no changes.  An electric vehicle speed sensor needs to be added to the system, we can help with that.

 

How to use with NP205 alone Install shorter output shaft in 4L60E or use a spacer (we stock both) then use a factory TH350/NP205 adapter and drive sleeve.  An electric vehicle speed sensor needs to be added to the system, we can help with that
