Full-Time Salesperson

We are looking for someone to answer calls, take orders by phone, handle social media and email messaging and other sales duties. The ideal candidate is a GM truck enthusiast with sales experience and a strong drive to help other build their truck projects.

Requirements

Good computer proficiency
Sales and marketing education, training, and/or experience
Technical experience with automotive industry and GM/Chevy trucks required

Schedule and pay

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm at our location off I-70 in Rifle Colorado
$23/hr. and up depending on qualifications and experience

Full-Time Office Assistant

We are looking to hire someone to fulfill daily office operations including answering phone calls, replying to emails, taking basic orders, and some data entry and processing.

Requirements

Full-Time Production Welder

We are looking to hire someone to assemble bracketry from laser cut pieces to final products.

Machine Shop Positions

Offroad Design builds a range of products for four-wheel drive trucks for both on and offroad use. Be an integral part of a busy, growing small business as we help our customers build their dream trucks. Experience everything from high-volume production to custom or one-off jobs. Hiring for multiple positions.

Compensation and Benefits

$20-40+/hour DOE

5-day work week (possible flex to 4 day)

Western Colorado Location

Operator Level 1

· Parts changeout in CNC machines

· QC machined parts

· Monitor tooling condition

· Prepare material to be machined

· Basic manual machining operations

· Assist in machine setup/changeover

Operator Level 2

· Load programs to machines for production

· Set up fixturing and tools for production

· Coordinate jobs between machines

· Work with the programmer to optimize operations

CNC Programmer

· Experience with 3 and 4-axis CNC milling

· Experience with multi-axis CNC lathe

· CAD/CAM

· Fixturing and basic part design

· Oversee Operator 1 or 2

· Coordinate scheduling with the production manager
