1981-1987(91) 2wd to 4wd conversion parts

Some of the parts needed to do a 4wd conversion on your C truck.

• This kit does require drilling new holes into the frame. Note your stock bumper brackets will not work with these main eye hangers.
• For setting the rear hanger of the front springs measure back from the main eye 46.5". Since there are so many variations we do not have an exact measurement for the vertical placement. That will need to be set by the end user based on their application. Basically you want to set it just low enough where the spring eye isn't hitting the frame.
• To use the engine crossmember you will need the stock angle wedge shape pieces from a 4wd frame. More info on that can be found at the bottom of this page HERE
• On C30 trucks we offer a new rear spring main eye hanger that is the same dimensions as the 4x4 trucks (drilling holes is required)
• When doing the 4x4 conversion, since you will already have the 2wd box crossover steering is a good way to go. We have kits for DANA 44/CORPORATE 10 Bolt and DANA 60
• We also carry a steering box brace made specifically for the 2wd trucks.
• We do carry leaf springs, shocks, brake lines, u-bolts, and basically everything but the axle to finish out your swap!
