Terms of Payment: We accept cashier’s checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express Cards. No open accounts. No COD’s. Payments must be made in U.S. funds. Bank transfers can be arranged. Timing of charges: Credit cards are charged when your order is shipped, except for custom built parts when we may ask for a deposit. For online customers, the shopping cart system does NOT charge your card, we do it here when your order is shipped. If you need to pre-pay, arrangements can be made, just ask us. Sales Tax: Colorado state residents add 2.9% sales tax. No sales tax for out of state orders. Shipping carriers: Orders will be shipped from our Carbondale, Colorado location. Orders are shipped UPS unless prior arrangements are made. Shipping via USPS is also available and works particularly well for some international customers or those out of the lower 48 states. Shipping amount: We charge for shipping based on the weight of the package and the distance to your location, not a flat rate system. There is a packaging/handling fee for all order shipped. If you pick the order up at our shop in Carbondale CO, there is no packaging charge. Shipment timing: Most items will ship within 24 hours. Standard service is UPS ground which gets parts to most of the country in 3-4 shipping days. The East Coast is typically 4-5 shipping days away. We do our best to help with personalized timeframes. If you need your order quick, let us know and we’ll do all we can to help. If parts are out of stock we give our best estimate of the timeframe for shipment. Damage Claims: Offroad Design products are carefully packaged and leave our facility damage free. The carrier has the responsibility for the shipment from the time it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered. Any claims for the damage or lost goods should be reported to the carrier and to Offroad Design as soon as possible to begin the claim process. Returns: Please determine that the part you are ordering is correct for you application before you order. We’re more than happy to help with this process. No returns will be accepted without prior permission from Offroad Design, Inc. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured with a copy of the original invoice included. A 25% restocking fee may be charged for returns other than warranty claims or Offroad Design shipping errors. No refunds after 30 days. No refunds will be issued if merchandise has been installed, modified, used in any way, or is in unsaleable condition.
Limited Warranty:
This limited warranty is extended only to an individual who purchases a
product manufactured by Offroad Design, Inc. All of the conversion
components and products made by Offroad Design, Inc. are intended only
for off road use. Before using any such product, Offroad Design, Inc.
recommends that you check your local and state vehicle laws to be sure
that your contemplated use is permitted in the applicable jurisdiction
concerning your vehicle modification. |
