Transfer Case Shifters

For our NP205 Doubler
kits: This 3-stick shifter allows full control of the 203
gearbox and both outputs on the NP205 and was designed for
smooth reliable shifting and best shifter "feel".
- All our
transfer case shifters are complete kits with ALL the linkage
necessary and all include the appropriate floor boots and steel
hold down rings to seal the floorboard.
- Many of our shifters are built to hit the factory hole in the
floor to help minimize your installation hassles.
- All our shifters are built with smooth shifting in mind so
we've paid a lot of attention to making sure the minute details
of the shifting action are just right to avoid any bindup.
Our linear shifting motion will give you the ultimate in smooth
shifting.
- All ORD shifters are built using bushings in the handle pivots
and spherical rod ends (heims) where possible to prevent
rattles. Our trucks get loud enough without a rattling transfer
case shifter!

- Smoother shifting than the stock shifter
- MUCH less effort to shift
- More positive gear selection, no more guessing if you're in
Neutral or 4Lo.
- Kit adds rear wheel drive low range without any internal
modifications to the NP205.
- Kit adds full front and rear wheel drive capability when
combined with ORD modified shift rails.
- Most GM applications are designed to fit the factory hole in the
floor.
We
have shifters for any NP205 application, married or divorced.
NP205's with the short front output rail will have a bar welded
across the end of the rear output rail. This bar will have
to be removed for our shifters to be installed. The
picture below shows the earlier GM "short rail" system on the
left and the later GM "long rail" on the right. For help
identifying your rail type, note the length of the rails, the
shape of the crossbar and the welded tab on the end of one rail
in the short rail set. This picture shows the crossbar removed
from the end of the rail.

*New modified
shift rails are not currently available. In the mean time
we are modifying stock rails to accomplish the same thing: to
get front wheel drive only. We build them up and run them
through both the mill and the lathe here, doing it right
involves much more than a grinder. Charge is $85 with a
$125 core charge (we can wait to receive your rails and waive
the core charge).*

Ford NP205
behind C6 or NP435:
Ford shifters will require you to measure from the back face of
the adapter to the factory shifter pivot point. Just tell us the
measurement when you order so we can get you the right linkage.
We also build a twin stick for the Ford 205 behind an NV4500 and
also for divorced Ford 205s.
NP203 twin
stick shifters: $185
That's right, we can twin stick the 203! You get rid of
the trouble prone and typically worn out factory shifter box and
replace it with 2 levers for much more positive gear selection.
One lever will shift the case through Hi-N-Lo and the other will
control the differential lock, or on cases converted to part
time, the other lever will control 2WD-4WD. This shifter
can also be converted to a Doubler shifter with a simple linkage
change. Available for GM, Ford and Dodge.

can think of: $289 if purchased with one of our doubler kits,
